Our Sunday worship service begins at 9:30am and ends around 10:45am. You’ll experience a traditional Methodist service with hymns and contemporary music, scripture reading and a sermon, a Young Disciples message for children and youth, a time for prayer and giving, and monthly Communion. We have plenty of parking including ADA spots and reserved places for first time guests.
Got littles? We have a year-round Nursery available for infants through 1st graders, plus a kid-friendly space in the back of the sanctuary. Elementary students also have Sunday School during the school year which begins after the Young Disciples message.
Hearing-assistance devices are available from the greeters. Contact the church office or use the button below if you
need a ride to church from one of Newberg’s retirement communities.
Stick around after service for refreshments at Coffee & Connection in our Fellowship Hall.
Please worship online at home if you or anyone in your household tests positive for Covid or feels ill. Masks-wearing is welcomed at our church for anyone who is immunocompromised, had a recent exposure to Covid or another illness but is not testing positive or showing symptoms, or just feels more at ease wearing them.
We livestream our worship services so that folks who are homebound, on vacation, or live far away can worship with us. Our livestream is hosted on YouTube and goes live between 9:20 and 9:30am, with the service starting at 9:30am Pacific Time. Be sure to register your attendance with the button below.
If the stream cuts off, try refreshing the page in 2-3 minutes while our AV team works to restore the feed.
On Communion Sundays (usually the 1st Sunday of the month), you’re invited to participate with bread or crackers and something to drink. If you’re worshipping with others, please serve each other with these words: “The body and blood of Christ, given for you” or “The bread of heaven and the cup of grace, given for you.”
