Trouble with Picture
If you are having trouble seeing the current video:
Try Refreshing your screen. Somewhere on your screen you should see a symbol that looks like an arrow going around...press it.
Trouble with Sound
If you are having trouble with the audio:
Check to make sure that the audio is turned on, there should NOT be an X next to the speaker. If there is, click on the speaker to turner it on.
Trouble with Size
If you wish to see the video in full screen:
Press on the Screen Resize button.
