Kids in 4th-7th grade gather monthly on a Friday evening from 6-8 pm for dinner,
learning, support, and fun.
Men’s Retreat
The men of the church go on a weekend retreat in February every year, where
they enjoy fellowship, special presentations, Bible study and worship.
Women’s Retreat
A time for reflection, recreation and relaxation for women of all ages.

Music and Drama
Music is a vital part of the worship celebrations here at Newberg First United
Methodist Church. Our sound is a blend of traditional and contemporary. You are
invited to share your musical gifts in worship and praise. The Chancel Choir
rehearses on Wednesday, 7:30 pm, September through May. The Bell Choir
rehearses on Tuesdays 7-8pm, September through May. The Praise Team practices
in the sanctuary on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. The Drama Team presents the gospel
message through readings, skits and dramatic presentations at both morning
services on the third Sunday each month Rehearsals are held as necessary.
